It's possible that you have a bad/corrupted install.
Try the following.
- Go into Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs and remove the POTCO game.
- Find the POTCO directory on your system and delete it.
32-bit Systems:
C:\Program Files \Disney\Disney Online
64-bit Systems:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Disney\Disney Online
- Make sure all your video drivers are up to date. If they're not, update them.
- Reinstall POTCO from scratch
