I agree Crestshot. That's a lot of good upgrades. And compared to 07 & 08, as Jello pointed out, it's a bonanza.
By the way...the Bounty Hunters do attack all classes of ships, not just War ships. I had thought that at first, but it turns out the attacks are based on your plunder ranking (royals), not your ship, so that update works for more levels of pirates.
