i am happy about these updates. But it has been a year now since the loot update, and I have done the others countless times already. They are fun to do (although graphics on browser still bugged), but to do them over and over again and over again everyday for several months and some a year.....

In all the past years, POTCO has given us a really big update for summer (Privateering in '08 or '09 and El Patron's Weapons are examples) and I can't tell what this one is. My opinion on the update on test right now is that it is a very cool update and will be fun, but its like have your vegetables without any meat with it. It'll hold you off but its not complete. What I'm thinking is that this summer there will be a lot of sea related updates, and Scoundrel of the Seas is really just oozing the thoughts of ship customization, new ships, and perhaps storms (although that's pushing it a bit). I'd definitely consider this coming update an important one, as it's going to change the way we sail forever.
Now that you guys do mention it, we do get lots of updates during summer. I hope we also get new staffs (staves?) during summer while they work on other updates. I realized loot is one of the updates that keeps people the longest, but probably easier to do (maybe, pure speculation, no proof), since there are less graphics thing to make.
