Experienced it partially, but in the process, a bug caused me to log and to find my War Frigate completely gone! I got it and at sea, nothing moved except my pirate. Had to exit the game and back only to find the Executioner still at sea, and in a moment, disappear from my inventory entirely. Happened again to my friend's Frigate.
