They could make the Kraken the second story end boss (like the black pearl quest ) the culmination being you have to get together a crew to take it down. I agree, the Kraken should be the boss at the end of the third story quest ( raven's cove was the 2nd now ). Instead of having the Kraken be like the Queen Anne's Revenge, because sometimes that ruins plundering if you want the gold. And then it'll get old and people will lose interest in it. One more thing, when there was the Mardi Gras event with the GM's. I was with Thatch Roberts, when we were in the Ratskeller he mentioned there would be a beast coming out soon... and I'm not lying either.
