EDIT: I'm not sure if I have to hit save while I'm in WinRAR to keep the mods as is.(?) And yes, I deleted the META-INF file.

Step 1: Download mod
Step 2: Open up Minecraft.jar with WinRar
Step 3: Move .class files into Minecraft.jar
Step 4: Close Minecraft.jar.
Step 5: Play Minecraft
Step 5 1/2: If you get a black screen close minecraft and delete your bin folder and try again.
Step 6: Open up your inventory and press "O" to make sure it works.
