Reminds me of the guild I made before the Sorcerors... I was still learning the strings...
Andy, I really do not care to much for levels. The Sorcerors probably don't have too many mastered pirates, surely no more than ten, but we don't really care, and we make up for it in quality. What I also notice is that there are a lot of cases where people will grow up in your guild. I know of a few people who were in their twenties when I invited them, but they are now in their forties. From my experience, the majority of higher level players are either tied to the guild they are in, or guild hoppers (such as Abassans), which is why if you recruit, you tend to not get too many players in their forties or up. The reason being because again: They grew up in the guild.
Andy, don't shoot for going for just high levels. Honestly, I know loads of players in my guild that aren't even level forty, but they're wonderful people, and I would choose them over any mastered pirate. Although if you really want high level players, shoot for getting players that are of a medium level, and make them really like your guild so that they stay and level over time.
