Hmm, I have to disagree Dark, Clap O' Thunder requires 2 Alligator, Crab and Scorpian Essences. I find that Growin Grog is a very easy potion to make and gives 95 rep.
Also, how can you hate potions! Potions to me are by far the most fun thing to do.
