If Light-class vessels
can be customized, that is. Look at this screenshot taken from the video:
The War Frigate is able to be customized, but the Light Sloop is "unfit." Since the developer who made this video is obviously not Basic, this isn't a Basic Access limitation. Ship customization
may be restricted to Merchant and War-class vessels, and not available to Light-class ships... or, it may just be War-class exclusive. Or, alternatively, there could be some unseen requirement needed to customize Light-class ships.
