The War Frigate is able to be customized, but the Light Sloop is "unfit." Since the developer who made this video is obviously not Basic, this isn't a Basic Access limitation. Ship customization may be restricted to Merchant and War-class vessels, and not available to Light-class ships... or, it may just be War-class exclusive. Or, alternatively, there could be some unseen requirement needed to customize Light-class ships. |
I think they didn't have enough time to implement customization features for light-class ships because they wanted to show us some small details about the upcoming update.
Just in time for the video. But since it hasn't reached the test server yet, those changes were probably not final. We may be able to customization light ships but they don't want to show us it yet............
