I am an extremely hardcore Broncos fan..... I was actually named after Denver (it's a girl name too
), and we've had several dogs named after the football players from there (John Elway, Tim Tebow).
We're hoping to have something better than a mediocre season this year.... and maybe we can get Tebow some more playing time!!! He certainly deserves it.

They look like they're going to do pretty good - I was impressed with their win yesterday.... maybe they'll win the Super Bowl for the first time this year? That would be pretty big for Detroit! Of course, this is with no injuries or the luck that they usually have. I'm cheering for them this year!
What is pretty great about Detroit is the fanbase - regardless of their not too great past. They've got a huge fanbase that stretches way further than Michigan, and they continue to be fans season after season of losses. Well, I'd like to happily say that this could be the beginning of something new and wonderful!
