I'll agree to that - but - they ALSO put out a Web Kit and encourage members to build Guild Sites buy alowing for the distribution of their material...
Its almost like the 'encourage' you to get banned. You wouldn't give a dog a bone then slap it on the snout for taking it...
What they should have in this case is once you create the Web Site you submit the site to them for approval. If approved then the name gets put into the dictionary and thats it. If not or there are changes needed they let you know - and they can revisit or remove the site if they get complaints (yes - they would required more man-power on thier end so I don't expect it to happen - it just what could be done to avoid this issue I guess...)
