It's not really a Potion, however through my experience- it's still effective.
Multi-Purpose Polish:
3 Vlies of Scorpion Venom
1 Gram of Tree-Root
30 Mgram of Blackpowder

Place in a container and Shake for 3 minutes (DO NOT STIR THE SOLUTION!)
Fin.
Uses: A Highly Poisonous Substance, insuring that an any impact is deadly.
Cover Bullets in it, your sword, or even dip Grenades in them so the Shrapnel causes death.
