It would be nice if they had a presence on the forums here ( and other forums ) to directly and plainly answer some of the questions we are asking or to be frank with us about issues they are having difficulty solving. I think it would create a less stressful environment for all of us to have a few things explained from those who know it best.. the programmers.

@Kat - Of course, I'd like to see them post on here as well and explain what they are fixing or what's priority, etc.
