all i wanted was one simple answer to a question: WHY cant my coat be returned?

Anthony: Meaning you are hoping that I will be able to provide you something different than what has already been provided by Chase yesterday, correct?
Me: he never gave me the answer as to why
Me: my coat cant be returned

Me: and i am trying to be as calm as i can about this issue
Anthony: He stated that we were unable to verify the events that you reported. Meaning that we could not find any evidence for your report that a glitch caused your items to be deleted.
Me: how can i prove it happened?
Me: i can prove i had the coat
Me: and i rarely ever take this coat off
Me: cause of how much i liked it
Me: many other pirates are willing ot vouch for me here
Anthony: Unfortunately there is nothing further to discuss on this issue.
Me: so ur saying just because i cant prove it happened
Me: that it cant be fixed
Anthony: Me, it's obvious that you really liked the item, we understand but we apologize there is nothing further that can be done in order to restore the item for you.
Me: and yet ur refusing to give the real reason why
Me: i can verify the events as much as i can
Anthony: I already gave you the reason.
Me: are you afraid that by doing such you open the doors to others claming they had items?
Me: cause i know the files are editable
Me: and there is no reason they cant
Anthony: Unfortunately, you are now discussing something outside of the actual issue.
Me: atleast by reopening the quest so i can regain the coat myself
Me: it may be somewhat outside but its related
Anthony: Unfortunately there is nothing further to discuss on this issue.
Me: i belive otherwise

Anthony: Of course. But that doesn't change the fact that the item is not available for restore.
Me: so ur admitting to poor services to a paying customer who has been supportive of this game since nearly its creation
Me: i know im not the first person to experience this issue
Me: and seeing as its not been fixed in nearly a supposedly 2 years, there is a huge problem here
Anthony: We understand you are frustrated and once again we apologize that we are unable to provide you the resolution you expected. Did you need anything else today?
Me: i want an explanation of why it cant be restored
Me: other than you cant verify it
Anthony: We have stated that already and you have stated that that was not good enough for you.
Me: as if if i could verify it could u give the coat?
Anthony: Unfortunately we are going back and forth. Having another player vouch that you had the coat is not going to help in this case Me. It unfortunately does not work that way.
Me: well seeing as ur system failed to record the glitch
Me: screenshots and word of mouth is all that can be shown as proof
