I really don't understand why they can do a pirate restore and not an inventory restore. As I've said, Disney can easily bring back your coat or open the quest again, so it's pretty much a case of them refusing to do it. They say they need proof that you've had the coat before, and haven't got it now. This can easily be checked by the representative, by going into the files to see the quests that you've completed, or simply looking at an earlier backup and seeing that you had the coat.
This is not fair, because Disney have made a mistake on their part, and are refusing to compensate for it. It just isn't fair.
