Sometimes when you are fighting an enemy ship, if you use a certain type of ammo when the enemy is too close to you, like explosive, the impact will be strong enough to reach you, and thusly hurt you as well. However, seeing as how you were not using explosive, then we need to look at the Tally-Ho, which DOES use explosives. (I know that the hard way

It is possible for a ship to do damage to the crew of a ship, especially when the enemy is using explosive, which does such strong damage in such a large vicinity. It seems to me this wasn't a glitch, just the Tally-Ho trying to get rid of you and your crew the hard way
