Ahoy, mateys! I've started on 3 of the new weapons quests so far (cutlass, dagger and doll) and, from the looks of things, they are going to be very long and fairly challenging.
For example, the doll quest
starts the way the staff quest
ends -- i.e. kill something on every island -- while an early task on the cutlass quest involves sinking at least 15 Corvettes, 10 Marauders and 5 Barracudas. And the dagger quest is asking me kill 10 Dread Scorpions. 10 LV15+ Skeletons, 5 Giant Crabs and more -- using only my dagger (which is a pretty cool requirement, imo).
As I said, these are all
early tasks -- only 4-5% through the quest -- so who knows what else is in store? But it's a promising start.
