I found my way to Las Pulgas a while back. There are "normal" townsfolk inside the buildings while undead roam the streets. You can even pick up one or more quests there. I found:
Eugenio Fausto in Fo[FONT=Comic Sans MS][SIZE=4]usto's Jewelry Store in Las Pulgas gives out a high-level quest.
I'll have to check it out, to see if there are any more small quests there ... if I ever get time.
I have added a third listing for Las Pulgas.
Is there any place like these that I have missed?
