On my lower level pirate, a level 7 sailor, I have Ramming Speed! When I leveled to 7, I checked to see if I unlocked any new skills, and it said I could get Ramming Speed. Of course I got it, I love that skill, but is this a bug and has it happened to anyone else? Not complaining though
