Whenever I try to log on to the game I get a message under the login boxes saying 'There was a problem verifying the account ID'. I've been on the game at my grandmother's and it work fine, her internet is about 10 times faster than mine. I'm wondering if my slow internet is the problem... Usually I have 1185 ping and download speeds of 0.4 mb/s, I tried to find out if there was a minimum speed but All the official site said was that broadband was reccommended. Please help
