I am sorry to hear that this issue is still persisting and not allowing you to log onto ToonTown Online.
We have been investigating this issue extensively and found that there seems to be a issues with guest that are using Satellite Internet Service. If you are using that sort of service for your Internet, please contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance.
• Check the guest’s system clock to ensure that the time & date are correct
• Please try logging into your Account Manager and see if you are able to log onto it here:
http://disney.go.com/guestservices/youraccount
• Please check all security programs or browser add-ons as they may be blocking your connection
• Please refer to your satellite ISP for support as that may be the cause of the issue.
