HP gain per Char level based on percentage?
I'm just now (so i have no numbers) starting to track the HP gain per char level. Off of just guesstimates it looks like it is a percentage of 5% every level up. Anyone know this for sure?
If so, wouldn't the best thing to do be just only use the cutlass (no quests or anything) and save 5 points to put in the 25 point gain buff? If you could do it right off you might come out with a extra 150-200 HP at level 45 you wouldn't otherwise have.
I'm not sure what determines HP gain on weapons and char, but it all looks percentage based.
