I love it.
Helping your low level (Level 12 or less) friends beat brigands is one thing, helping them get cheap and easy rep by grinding away at badguys in Tormentia is another story.
It does encourage bigger crews, and forces everyone to have to watch out for each other, rather than have one Tank and eight vultures.
