We actually asked tech support and billing to reconcile us with gold instead of time added to end of contract and they were perplexed!!! They said that was a first!! I'm thinking ....if they can get outta this with satisfying us with "fake" money, well, they are pretty stupid to not jump on that! er....... maybe I'm the stupid one? I finally asked when the next patch was scheduled to happen instead of the usual "I cant log on with my Mac" complaint. Maybe I can get a more definitive answer that way.
