The best way to get the quest done is to get someone to heal you while you attack if you can't do it solo. If your in a guild or have a friend that can do this, don't be afraid to ask, and that's what friends and guildmates are for.
And you can't drop Black Pearl quests, only quests given out by NPCs can be dropped.
