but I haven't the faintest idea how to use it. I go to the map in my Sea Chest and of course it lets me click to teleport, but since the Island I'm on is the only one on the map -- it's quite useless. I've no need to teleport where I already am. There are no arrows to move around the map to find the island I want (like Cuba or Tortuga).

I'm sure there's another way to do this, but I can't figure it out.
