I tried to log on to the main account and it says. Name and account does not exsist. Called account serves this morning and they told me they see it but not as what i was playing. It's like they created a new account or something. The account i was using is gone. Account went is poof. They have my billing right but my account name and password are gone.
not cool.
Update. They found the account. I'm not sure how and they are confused as well but the account is up and running. In fact little Gracie is now a big level 16 woot woot
