Does giving someone the address to this forums site fall under this - "No Cheating - Any use of third party programs is not allowed. Players who use any third party programs while playing risk being permanently banned."

If not I don't see anything in the chat policies that says we can't. Are there some other detailed chat policies Disney has for all of their sites that I'm missing?
