Well at least you can see DXD - at the moment several of us are 'crashing at 100%' heh
Sounds like you'll need that painful service call... its almost like the filter never processed your name (accept or reject) so they will probably have to do it manually...
They had to fix my Pirate Name (first Pirate) - it took six weeks - but they did fix it
