Since Singapore is 1) a part of Jack's legend (though they've never actually said who what where when and why, and 2) Sao Feng kinda rocks hard...
I vote for the addition of Singapore, Chinese ships like the Empress, and Sao Feng's army to fight. And maybe some kind of quest from Sao Feng for some new weapon.
