Not sure why, but I am sure I never reached nearly that high a level in King's. Seems like it was like level 14, maybe up to 17 before they were grey.
The next phase I did was Gypsies, while working a little in pistol as well with hex shot each time. This gave points enough to add to take aim and sharp shooter to start working on Molusk.
Yup, back side of Padres is good for two Gypsies. While taking out Urchinfist and seebeards would set up getting two molusk at the same time. Though now you can hold more, don't count out smoke bomb, even last few 3 hits or so to kill something.
