I may just need to reinstall my operating system and only the software I really require, since I work within the technical field I have so many software applications, programming languages, etc installed...Who knows how it may impact this game, but my answers are below:

What else do you have running while you're attempting to launch the game?
I have closed as many applications as possible including my Internet Information Server and SQL Server, yes I have those to on here :-)
