I thought it was always the case..unless they changed something (I havent played for over a month, and dont intend to come back or play till they raise the level cap, but i like lurking on the forums yet)
i used to have a friend waaaay back who would do the sweep on the vet squad while i was 'nading them from behind the fence (was a level 13 basic member, and this was long before they implemented the enemies attack whoever hits them too, feature) in kingshead, just to use me as a gold farm, since those vets are rich
