Leveling up to 100 or higher is to much for a new level cap. Every six months our so another twenty levels is fine. Keep in mind not everyone is as dedicated or has the time as some other players do, this gives all the players a good amount of time before the next expansion is added.

I agree, I only voted 300, because it was stated as the "MAX" notoriety. Raising it to that all at once, with no additional content/changes which I think would be required in making such levels possible would be counterproductive.
Would be nice if the capped players had some sort of overflow, that may not count toward notoriety, or weapons skills, but could be counted.
+0 Rep + 0 Crew Bonus + 0 Double Rep bonus, was... well... A waste of my time!
