If you've played the pc game (PC-CD that is), you'd find two people to use in Challenges that I personally favor most: Captain Barbossa, and Davy Jones. They each have a heavy swing attack that I adore. Elizabeth, believe it or not, was my third favorite I think. A bunch of fast slashes was the combo I liked of hers.
Anyway, it'd be Davy I'd say, though I think that after being sent to the locker, Jack (as picted in the third movie) would be quite tough himself. He does fear Barbossa though, and, in the PC-CD game, so does everyone else!
