I believe he has just discovered the Potions were reduced in HP with the 11.3 Upgrade (well fixed with the 11.4 upgrade after they were RELALY reduced then returned to somewhat normal - but still smaller than before the HP Increase / Potion HP Decrease).
Of course - you also have to conside the re-charge time on potions (they are a bit faster now) and just be a bit smarter with them...
