Try near Outcast or Cutthroat. There are usually some there. Just watch out for the bigger ships, lol. I believe Mar de Plata is the name of the sea location where quite a few show up, too.
If you don't see exactly what you need, start sinking some of the other eitc ships. I think they've changed the program so that when one ship sinks, a new type pops up different from the one you sank. ie, you sink a vette, you get a sentinel. Just a theory, anyway.
