Partners In Crime is always welcoming new members. We do talk a lot, but we are all very friendly to be around and talk to. We welcome all levels but the average level ranges from 15-40 with little over 200 members, so you would always have something to do.
And as GM, I make sure that no one gets kicked from the guild unless they break a rule.
