I have good luck doing it ingame with people whom I hit it (whatever it is) off. Outta the game, I don't have it.
It is just what I bring.
I tend to guild successfully the people I'd like to join whatever guild I'm in. If I don't want them, odds are that they don't want it either. Reserve it for those you favor.
