I have found a lot of times when asking kids to stop doing stuff over and over again turns out they weren't getting the message till I turned the plus thing on then they actually listen. I never knew there was a parental plus how do you turn it on? I was talking to a player, who by behavior I would assume was a "kid" and he kept asking me why I wasn't talking to him LOL! maybe this is why!
