Normally, the mod staff doesn't make the moods. We accept user created moods from all our forums then add them. That's why we have so many custom made moods. So if you want to make that mood or get someone in the arts forum to make one up, post it here or PM it to me and I'll consider adding it. All moods are subject to our policies, so let's not make anything offensive.
We've been having some problems with moods, so I haven't added any new ones lately. I'll have to check with Nick to see if he was able to resolve our problems with it or not. Hopefully, he has and I can begin to add new moods once more.
