Well, from every thread I have read on this site and others, NO ONE has found a formal way of exiting. So we can just put it down as, Disney hasn't put in an exit button as yet. So continue to use the little X until they do. And report it of course.
Re: your side note, yes, I get that as well, ALL the time. Just another bug report.
