Yes but keep in mind Pirates of the Caribbean's world is slightly different then our world. Henry Morgan and Bartholomew Roberts operated and different era's that there is no way they would ever lay down a "codex for pirates" So keep in mind things are different they would probably put someone that would resemble black beard and not be black beard.
