Ok I've been trying to do this for a while now but I can never get enough people to go with me. I go to a full district, hit go with a crew, and then after waiting 5 minutes I get one or two other people with me who seem to die right off the bat.
How do I get a crew? I would juse my guild but it's really inactive.
