You reminded me. Our guild just encountered that very thing, but fortunately (or unfortunately) it was on one of the skeleton flags. The fortunate part was that we could down him with our pistols; the unfortunate part was that the skeletons regenerate and we nearly got wiped out while we were concentrating on why we hadn't swung back yet and then taking out the floater.
It does seem that they have stopped fixing glitches at all.
