I wish they had more variety too,
granted there are a nice assortment of enemies, although some are simply scaled up versions (sand,rock,giant crabs etc)
One thing i wish they DID implement though, was BOSS enemies like a poster above stated, that take teamwork and parties to finish off.
I remember seeing a vid (i think it was the vid that plays when you first download the game) where the devs were talking about this high level character that takes a party to kill, and i thought that was really cool..till i realized there was no such thing, as having even multiple level 20's or so trying to kill a seabeard would be IMPOSSIBLE, with the miss factor you'd never hit him, and when you did, itd be for around 2-3 dmg, while his hits would do a whopping 300 or so a hit, not even counting a bladestorm.
while playing another mmorpg ive come to enjoy the other day, there are a few quest/boss creatures that are around (a giant dragon for instance) that takes a party to kill, simply because hes alot stronger than even the highest level player to even dream of taking on solo, so it takes teamwork (healing/buffs) to work together and kill it, for rewards such as special bonus armors with stat boosting properties and mass money.
thats what id want..come on..who wouldnt wanna clash swords with davy jones' with the help of all your friends..live or die depending on how good you support each other.
