This quest was a killer...
Thankfully I found a nice little spawn spot between Tortuga and Ile D'Etable de Porc. I believe there are 2 'vette spawns near here, and if these fail, between Tortuga and Rumrunners usually harbors one or two. My Guild members have all used these spots, as well, and agree with me that they're two of the better spots for 'vettes. And they aren't even flagships! :P
