Yes trust me the Admins on Nick's sites are wonderful and do not favor ANYONE! those threads were stickied a LONG time ago in a time when there were few guides few members and it was Beta 1 so please keep in mind that those threads were very helpful back in Beta 1 when making money was REALLY hard.
