4) I haven't check, but I think Notoriety does give you more health points. When I was level 5 notoriety I healed 10 damage per heal, but when I got to level 6 it was at level 20 - I guess so you don't spend forever trying to heal your higher health.

I found Tia in Cuba, yesterday. She won't speak to me, hoping maybe at notoriety of 10 she will.
